Daily Task 1. Complete 2 separate airway clearance (ACT) sessions daily. (Only one session can be 45 minutes of exercise, the other session must be any other ACT, as long as you complete the entire ACT session.)
The first daily task in the Turtle On 100 Day challenge is to complete two separate airway clearance sessions every day for 100 days. Only one session a day can be forty five minutes of exercise, the other session must be any other airway clearance technique as long as you complete the entire airway clearance session. This is a great time to explore airway clearance techniques and find those you like best. Remember there is no scientific evidence to date that proves one airway clearance technique is better than the others. In fact scientists have discovered that the best airway clearance technique for a patient is the ONE that the patient will actually do. This daily task on the Turtle On 100 day challenge can be done by everyone, because what’s the best way to help your PCD loved one? It’s to know and be able to help them with their ACTs, and you can’t do that if you don’t know ACTs yourself. Do you have what it takes?
