Turn treatment-time into play-time with leaf races. As Fall approaches and the tress leaves begin to change and Fall. Get some exercise in by going leaf peeping as my grandma called it. It’s basically going to look at the Fall colors and maybe catch or rather collect a few leaves. For leaf races, gather fallen leaves of various sizes while on your leaf peeping outing. Once home clear everything off of the kitchen table. Place one leaf at one the end of the table and using just you’re breath, blow the leaf to the other end of the table. Use as many breaths as needed until you reach the other end of the table. Place two leaves on the table to race a friend or family member and see who gets their leaf to the other end first. Make the game challenging by trying to use as few breaths as possible and or using different size leaves. Have fun!
