The fourth daily task in the Turtle On 100 Day challenge is to complete the daily PCD journal prompt. Journaling helps with mental clarity, exploration, and processing of ones feelings. All of which are extremely important when dealing with the chaotic life of dealing with a rare chronic disease. PCD is mentally and physically stressful. Getting in the habit of journaling will help ease your emotions and give you a place to vent. We all need to vent, even if just to ourselves. Again these daily tasks work for every one, nit just the PCD patient. Do you have what it takes?
